The Grand Waldo Entertainment Complex comprises of three buildings, the Hotel Block, Spa Block, and Entertainment Block which are linked by bridges on the first floor, so visitors can easily walk from building to building without going up and down a lot of stairs, or in and out of the buildings. The multi-storey car park block stands on its own, providing 500 car park space, monitored by surveillance cameras and security guards, making the shopping safe and easier. The total floor area of the complex is 1,400,000 sq. ft.
